Absolutely perfect hotel with cheerful staff, I liked prime location. The rooms in the venue were spacious. Top notch service was provided too.
If we visit Baltimore for celebrating anniversary, we'll definitely choose this one. It has huge rooms.
Faced an problem with booking.
The hotel is housed in a beautiful building close enough to american visionary art museum. Bed was comfortable, exceeded high expectations:)))
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
It's close proximaty to everything and the fact that it was on the water. We had a little difficulty checking in as the confirmation number that we received, did not match up to a confirmation number that the hotel would issue if we had booked directly with them. The other issue we had was that my first and last name was run together so they had difficulty finding us on the register and were insisting they we did not have a room. I was getting upset as it was our 25th wedding anniversary and I wanted everything to go smoothly. The manager assisted the two staff that were unable to locate us and finally found us on the register. The staff made up for the initial problems by sending chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne to our room. All in all the rest of the stay was very pleasant.
The view and the staff were excellent. They gave us key cards for the pool well after our check out time and fulfilled every request I had for me and my special lady's 1 year anniversary! The room service was tasty as well and I have to mention the view again because it was sweet (and we were only on floor 11 and yes I've been to every major city in the us and was surprised how well Baltimore held it's own)! Finally you're in walking distance or a reasonable cab fare from everything. Its pricey but if you can swing it and you're coming to Baltimore this is the spot to stay!
Price is the only thing to bicker about. Also an outdoor pool instead just an indoor one would be nice.
The Lounge hostess was very accommodating and we had a wonderful sunset beer on the pool patio thanks to her. Our room had the most amazing harbor view. Loved the Keurig!
No mini bar in the room.
Great big hotel with a fantastic bar....The view from our room was amazing and the inner harbour is a fantastic area to explore..The rooms were very clean and staff extremely helpful
We enjoyed an upgrade to a Harbor view at no extra expense! The entire check in/out process was very simple. The staff was excellent! Very professional and courteous! The room was outstanding for an inexpensive price! Recommend highly!
We chose the hotel because of its location in the Inner Harbor. We paid extra to have the harbor view and it was very worth it. When we were in our room, we put two chairs up to the picture window and watched the activities of the harbor. Awesome!
Parking was expensive. Breakfast was too expensive. I would have paid as much as $15.00 per person, but not $25.00. Crazy!
Free upgrade to a room with excellent views of the harbour.
Breakfast was mediocre.
The whole picture! Annie, the concierge, was the best. She made the experience for our wedding anniversary special!
Staff were nice, view was the best. Room was very nice.
For the top room I was surprised there was no microwave to heat anything. The staff found one and installed it in the room the day I left
It was in a great location for shopping, dining and romance. The views of the Inner Harbor are gorgeous.
A free breakfast would be nice.
